About Chester Simon

Chester Simon is born on a small paradise island in the Caribbean by the name of Grenada; also often called "Spice Island" because of its wide plantations of Nutmegs, Ginger, Cloves, etc. As the island is very small with only approx. 113'000 residents, Chester knows (or is even related to) a lot of them!He's been living in Switzerland for a number of years and it was in Zurich in 1976 when he founded his band S U P E R L O V E. Their sound represents perfectly the happy and relaxed atmosphere of Grenada: Reggae, Calypso and Soul music at it's best! Even though Chester has to take care of his Caribbean restaurant MUSKATNUSS (NUTMEG) in Zurich, he still has enough time to express himself as a musican: Galas with his band, somtimes to the joy of the guests in his restaurant or spontaneous jam sessions when some of his musican friends turn up in the restaurant!
